Banana-Berry Oat Smoothie Recipe

Nothing says summer quite like a refreshing, berry smoothie - especially one with a classic blueberry Overnight Oats Bar thrown in. Made with gluten-free hand-rolled oats, fresh fruit, and 10g of whey protein, this smoothie is sure to keep you feeling satisfied all morning long. Keep reading for the full recipe:


  • 1/2 cup cut up strawberries
  • 1/2 cup sliced bananas
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup of your favorite protein powder (optional)
  • 1 classic blueberry Overnight Oats Bar (or bar of choice), cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 cup ice


Throw all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into your favorite glass and garnish with the fruit of your choice (if you’re feeling fancy, of course). Enjoy!
