Golden Milk Chia Pudding x Overnight Oats Bar

Take your basic breakfast to the next level with this ridiculously easy, golden milk chia pudding recipe from Tara at @bearnecessities___ on Instagram. Here’s how to make it:


For the chia pudding:

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

For assembly:


  1. Whisk all the chia pudding ingredients together in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Let mixture sit for 5 minutes, then whisk again.
  3. Cover bowl and place in the fridge overnight.
