We’re making 2021 all about our health in the most delicious way possible. Keep reading for our top 3 better-for-you recipes to help you get your health back on track this year!

Overnight Oats Cups

Ingredients:

  • 10 Tbsp Melted Dark Chocolate
  • 1 Banana Nut Overnight Oats Bar, sliced into 5 pieces

Directions:

1. Grab 5 silicone liners. Fill each of the liners with 1 tbsp melted dark chocolate. Place the filled liners into the freezer for 20 minutes.
2. Slice 1 Banana Nut @overnightoatsbar into 5 pieces.
3. Remove the cups from the freezer and top each with 1 piece of the bar and another tbsp of melted dark chocolate. Place the cups into the freezer for about 1 hour until the cups are set.
4. Remove from the liners and enjoy!

Healthy Banana Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana Nut Overnight Oats Bar
  • Banana Cream
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter



Directions:

  1. Begin by chopping up one @overnightoatsbar banana nut bar & adding 1/2 to the bottom of a mason jar.
  2. Add 1/2 container of banana cream Light and Fit yogurt, 1/2 sliced banana, 1-2 tbsp natural peanut butter, and a generous amount of whipped cream.

  4. Top with extra whipped cream, banana slices, and peanuts if desired!

Overnight Oats Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients:

  • Vanilla Bean Vegan Yogurt

  • Blueberries
  • Chocolate Chips
  • Cinnamon & Oat Granola

Directions:

  1. Add yogurt to bowl.
  2. Top yogurt with chopped up Overnight Oats Bar and desired toppings, and enjoy!
